Info Oriental or Crested honey buzzard (Pernis ptilorhynchus). There are no FP's of genus Pernis, so I've linked to the Gallery for Family Accipitridae. Nominated earlier but withdrawn after comments that the sky was too purplish. I've corrected the WB based on photo of the scene taken with an iPhone.
