This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.	Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.	Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

User: Parallelepiped09 (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log) block user Reason for reporting: I would like to report a possible pattern of copyright violations by the user @Parallelepiped09 Over the past year, this user has uploaded what appears to be hundreds of photographs, many of which are claimed as their own work. Based on my review, I believe that a significant number of these files are not actually his own photographs and have been uploaded with incorrect authorship information. Last year, I contacted the user on their talk page regarding one specific file (File:Condominio La Casona Sc.jpg), which was a cropped version of File:Northern Skyline Santa Cruz.jpg, and asked them to correct the attribution or source. Unfortunately, I have not seen any change in his upload practices. Some of their uploads have already been deleted as copyright violations, but many others remain on Commons. I believe this may warrant an administrative review of the user's uploads and, if appropriate, further action. Ruditaly (talk) 20:51, 8 July 2026 (UTC)

No, it's not spam. Meets the criteria of significance, the article is well written. And anyone can copy and paste articles, but a person doesn't necessarily follow a bad motive and you can make mistakes. And now why not understand the situation? In your opinion, everyone is bad and vandalizing, and it's easier for you to put a template to remove from here and conclude that you just don't want to work. I don't consider this vandalism; you are mistaken. You would do better to help with development and support one another instead of slapping on a template—that isn't how Wikipedia grows; you are worse than the vandals. By your own logic, vandals understand the subject better than you do, whereas you apply the template and complain out of ignorance—so how are you any better?
